YWD Winter Unpdate


Hi Yogis,

First I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Peaceful Christmas and New Year.

Thank you all so much for attending classes with me over 2020 online and in the room when we could.

For those who may have been missing my usual end of team Yoga Nidra classes with chocolate and ginger here is something for you to explore, lots of free yoga Nidra on the yoga Nidra Network site.

You will have to supply your own chocolate and ginger, sorry 😊. Yoga Nidra is highly recommended if the year has left you feeling a bit frazzled, or you are welcome to try my summertime special class for

In Room Classes
In room places continue to be fully booked due to the restrictions on numbers as we try to maintain a safe 2 meters between mats, if you have not practiced in the room with me this autumn and would like to please email me to check availability or go on my wait lists for the classes, the Friday Afternoon class often has some spaces as the room is larger. ALL ROOM CLASSES MUST BE PRE-BOOKED due to the covid-19 restrictions. I can continue to take in room classes in tier 2 but classes would be put on hold again if there is a move to tier 3, 4 or another Lockdown.
Any money taken for cancelled classes not used for zoom classes will be credited for future classes, everyone has been doing something different over the last few month so if you need to know where you are up please email me.

Yoga Therapy
In the new year I will be offering 1-2-1 Yoga Therapy appointment on Thursday, Friday and possibly Saturday mornings as well as the first of my small group Yoga Therapy courses which will be for back pain/ache.
