I am looking at changing the time of Thursday Evening yoga
in January to 7pm – 8.30pm Or 7.30pm – 9pm, if anyone has a
preference or the earlier start would cause them a problem could you please let
me know. ASAP.
Tuesday Evening Yoga
at Mother Nature Sanctuary finishes on 10th of December and will start
again on the 7th of January
Thursday Morning Yoga
at Mother Nature Sanctuary finishes on 12th of December and will start
again on the 16th of January

Don’t forget the Friday Afternoon Yoga: End of term special with Yoga Nidra,
Friday 13th December, at the usual drop
in cost of £7.
A slightly extended class to incorporate a
20-minute Yoga Nidra, this has become a popular Friday afternoon end of term
tradition and yes there will be chocolate!
The class is at 1.45pm – 3.15pm at the Civic Hall
and everyone is welcome.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep as it is sometimes
referred to, is a deeply restful guided meditation technique practiced while
laying comfortably in Savasana, please bring a blanket or two.
