Newsletter July 2019

Hello Yogis and Yoginis,

As we head towards the summer break I just wanted to update you regarding when the last classes are, when I start up again in September and a small change to my block pricing. All the info is below under  Class Info & Dates.
In September the price for the block classes is going up to £42 for six weeks from £39 (£7 per class from £6.50), these blocks will still be available at the old price for those that pay at least one week in advance of the first class.

Back by request, Friday Afternoon Yoga: End of term special with Yoga Nidra,
Friday 12th July, at the usual drop in cost of £7.
A slightly extended class to incorporate a 20-minute Yoga Nidra, this has become a popular Friday afternoon end of term tradition and yes there will be chocolate!
The class is at 1.45pm – 3.15pm at the Civic Hall and everyone is welcome.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep as it is sometimes referred to, is a deeply restful guided meditation technique practiced while laying comfortably in Savasana, please bring a blanket or two.

Therapeutic Yoga, one to one classes
For those who don’t know I teach 1-2-1 individual yoga classes and therapeutic yoga sessions. Starting at £35 per session.
These sessions could be suitable for those who have or are recovering from illness or injury, are a beginner or coming back to yoga and would like some 1-2-1 practice before joining a group class, or for any other reason a group class may not suit you. If you are interested or know of someone who may be, just call or email to discuss. I will have some availability for these over the summer.
Yoga Therapy
Further to this (at fraction of the cost of my 1-2-1 sessions) I am currently seeking a Yoga Therapy case study client (for those who don’t know I am currently half way through a 2 year training in London to become a Yoga Therapist). I am looking for someone with a cardio or respiratory condition who would be interested in trying / feel they might benefit from some 1-2-1 Yoga Therapy. Please email for further details if you are interested or know of anyone who is, no prior yoga experience is necessary.
