Thursday Morning Yoga is back!

This class will be a mobilising and energising morning practice, balancing breath and movement to calm and focus the mind.
Expect limbers to warm and ease tensions out of the body, suitable sun salutation variations, balances, standing postures and seated postures.
The practice will conclude with Savasana (relaxation).
This class is suitable for beginners, modifications are given so you can work from where you are.

The class will be £7 for a drop in class or £32 for a 5 class pass. 
Places will be limited to 12 so block booking is advisable but drop in attendance is welcome if there is space, you can just message, text or email me to book on in advance of the class.
