Treat yourself to a Friday afternoon yoga practice, soothe the mind and ease out tension in the body after a busy week, setting yourself up for the weekend.
All welcome including beginners.
Classes start 2^nd October 2015 and run until 4^th December inclusive.

 (There will be no class on the 30^th October and the 20^th November)
£6.50 per class or £48 for a block of 8 classes.
