Guidelines from Mother Nature Sanctuary

A few notes for your clients:

All clients to book their attendance and use the Mother Nature Sanctuary app for the purpose of Track and Trace.

Clients are not required to wear a mask, it is at their discretion.

All clients are to bring their own yoga mats and props if required - at present clients are unable to use Mother Nature Sanctuary’s equipment

Please arrive at the time of the class not any earlier, maintaining social distancing outside

You will be met at the door by your class leader

On arrival please can you ensure you use the hand sanitiser situated to the right of the front door as you enter via the single grey door

Before entering the studio your temperature will be taken using a non contact forehead temperature - anyone with a temperature will not permitted access to the class

Once upstairs please leave your shoes neatly at the top of the stairs and fill up accessing the mats furtherest away to prevent any cross over - your class leader will guide you

Place your mat directly on top of the MNS yoga mats which have been positioned to maintain social distancing

The class leaders have been asked to keep strict timings to maintain traffic throughout the building who are accessing other services

At the end of your class please ensure that you leave the studio in reverse order of arrival - again to prevent any cross over - again your class leader will guide you

Naturally we request that if you are feeling unwell prior to your session with any of the following symptoms please inform your session leader at the earliest convenience so your place can be offered to another client and you reschedule to a time when you are feeling fit and well:

    1. a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature
    2. a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
    3. a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

What MNS are doing to keep our clients safe:

Session leaders wear a face visor or a suitable face mask to meet and greet clients by the front door

At the end of each session the session leader is responsible for wiping down all Mother Nature Sanctuary mats and these are left in position

Class timings will be kept to to prevent any preceding classes being delayed

Session leaders will encourage everyone to move around their mat in the same direction again to keep a steady social distancing flow!
