Covid-19 safety precautions

 

You will create within the Civic Hall  separate d socially distanced  areas for each participant. 

Masks to be work on  entry to the building as people pass through the foyer and on leaving.

No congregation of people in the foyer or anywhere in the building  they will go straight to their allotted  areas.

Full track and trace information to be kept

No refreshments  available other than those brought by participants  and these will not be shared with other users. 

The Council will have cleaned down before your each user session but please have a wipe down at the end with the antiviral spray of anything that has been touched by the users during this session.

It is recommended that a single toilet, the disabled toilet, should be available to users. Only one person at a time allowed in this area which will have hand gel and antiviral spray for users to use. This toilet's  surfaces and flush handle and wash hand basin taps door handles to be sprayed and wiped down at the end of the session please. 

Users will leave by the fire exit or the kitchen door and anyone meeting them will remain in the car park and not congregate around the exits.

The Town Council will ensure that the Hall floors, toilets, wash hand basins, door handles and all surfaces likely to be touched are cleaned and sprayed with antiviral spray between hires 

The Town Council will provide hand gel at strategic points within the Hall including entrances and exits and at the entrance/exit of toilets.

The Town Council will provide foot or hand proximity sensor applicators if possible.

Extra notices will be produced and erected at the entrance to the building and exits advising against people congregating and will promote social distancing at all times.
