Specific to your needs and can be used for a wide range of issues.
Small Group Yoga therapy classes
With numbers between 3 and 6 to offer individualised attention to those with similar issues. If this is something you would be interested in please let me know, for example if I hear from 3-6 people with lower back pain I can run a course of classes for you.
Yoga Therapy may be used to: reduce symptoms of illness or injury, establish more functional breath and movement patterns, reduce physical and mental suffering, improve quality of life and enhance positive coping strategies
