My next menopause workshop is on the 5th November 1.30pm -4.30pm.
This one is for women at all stages including pre and post Menopause (so all women!).
The practice will be a soothing one featuring restorative postures to help relax, restore energy and calm the mind.
This workshop will bring us together in (Sangha) community to share experience, information, practice and a few laughs.
The workshop will feature -
Woman’s circle (opportunity to share or just listen)
Full 90 minute yoga practice including breath work, asana (yoga postures), restorative postures, savanna (relaxation)and meditation.
Reflection and journaling.
Closing circle and Q&A.
Information sharing / signposting.
