Booking is now open for classes from September 6th, I have drop in places for all my classes and some block booking spaces for Tuesday and Thursday evening classes.

Places are limited so please book soon.  

Payment options are given when you book through, bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.

The first in a series of Yoga workshops which will cover all stages of Menopause.
